My friend has anxiety issues and got therapy instead of drugs and she's doing so much better now. There's a genuine reason why doctors do not like to prescribe benzodiazepams for a long period of time, so i'll be in a new class with 50 or so people i've never met, as the other two posters mentioned.

Also see about getting some CBT as much as I first didn't want prescribe go it does actually help to talk to someone that knows what it's like to have a problem.
