I was prescribed 4 mg of Azithromycin for chlamidya, and took all 4 Wednesday and it is now Friday. I would like to have a drink tonight, but as this is an antibiotic I don't know if I will be okay until next Wednesday, since it is said to cure chlamydia after 7 days. Good news, you can safely have an alcoholic drink despite having recently taken Azithromycin, an antibiotic.
