Lexapro sense of smell

All of those I can handle and deal with but there's one side effect that has just started lexapro sense and I can't find much info on the net about it. I have this horrible smell of basically faeces that just won't go away tonight, now I thought that at first the drains were blocked, so I put bleach down all the drains and cleaned all the places where those kinda smells might come from but Smell still have this smell in my "smell."

The smell stays in your mind even after the scent leaves your nose!!. Finally I picked up the bag of potatoes thinking there might be something caught under it, and it smelled like poo. Just to make smell that it is in fact a side effect of the pills, talk with your doctor about whether this drug is safe for you.
