Anyone take lexapro while breastfeeding

I've posted in the breastfeeding forum and have not breastfeeding many responses Anyone on Lexapro and breastfeeding? Anyone take lexapro while breastfeeding think I need to go back on, but am nervous to do so with my 3 mo old son breastfeeding. All the docs say it is fine, lexapro while I'm not sure Anyone out there currently bfeeding and using lex? Anyone who has done so in the anyone take I'm taking lexapro and bf'ing. My LO is fine.

Limited information indicates that maternal doses of escitalopram up to 20 mg daily produce low levels in milk and would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants, especially if the infant is older than 2 months. Hi, I haven't had my baby yet, but will in a few weeks and am very nervous about PPD.
