Adderall lamictal and wellbutrin

Does Lamictal interfere with the efficacy of Adderall? I don't know if it's just my imagination, but I feel like the Adderall hasn't been quite as effective since I've started Lamictal. It's adderall lamictal and wellbutrin possible though, that my body has just adjusted to the Adderall.

Normally, the Adderall would keep me structured in a home work setting, but now I can't get much done. I absolutely refuse to give up lamictal right now, but I'm kind of screwed job-wise if my adderall doesn't work. And I can't lose this job. Currently I am on 75 mgs lamictal titrating to mgs for treatment-resistant depression and mood swings not manic, more like teenage tantrums , and 55 mgs adderall 30 mg XL once a day, 15 mg IR at noon, 10 mg IR at 4pm.

Adderall is a stimulant medication used to treat poor impulse control and improve concentration. Taking Adderall for bipolar disorder is not recommended.
