YES, I have fibromyalgia and take Tramadol with aleve Advil nearly everyday without any problem, they do not interact. Hi yes i have also taken Tramadol with a medication similar to Advil with no problems. Combining it with Aleve is also OK, but i wouldn't suggest taking all 3 together. Still looking for answers?
