I stopped the 40mg i was taking for a week and went back to 20mg a day but have still had these tremors for a week since stopping the 40 mg. These tremors scare me and make my anxiety worse, I went to the er and my blood test was fine, heart was fine.

Drug-induced tremor is involuntary shaking due to the use of medicines. Involuntary means you shake without trying to do so and can't stop when you try.
