Bc if he switched you from taking two 1 mg blue footballs but then switched you to 2 mg bars then the difference is they are time released and your body might not be used to it bc the blue footballs dont have a time release on them. I find that alot of the time due to your tolerance to the pills that the white bars wont do anything for me versus the yellow, green bars get me tired and bar pill give me a affect.
