Results with diet and excersize will not happen over night but you will see great results in time for your wedding. This is not worth risking your health! EvaBostenTerrier — You have done your homework! I dont feel that way at all. I dont have any pre-exsisting conditions. I have a super healthy heart. I work 12 hour whole pill in the E. I dont crash at all. I just feel normal. I agree with you on the fact that if you dont drink enough water your just dehydrating yourself.

I love how water fills me up, I heard it does that but I never believed it…. Before I thought about it all the time. I tried to space out my snacks and meals 2 hours apart and it would drive me whole. I monitor this really close. I have my normal vitals that I did before and I dont feel jittery or abnormal. I dont feel like I did when I tried Hydroxycut…. They are the devil…loaded with caffeine and pill have to take 6 a day….
