My doctor has now prescribed isotretinoin gel and I was hopeing someone here has had experiance with the stuff, I know its not good ,countries have banned it carcenogenic etc but "using epiduo after accutane" it is very effective I will try it, I'm sick of having to put makeup on just to pick up bread etc.

You need to give it a good 3 months for it to work and you'll find your skin will probably get a little worse before improving. Do follow the directions in the pack but you may like to ease into it to avoid skin irritation. Start with using it once every 2 using epiduo after accutane 3 days. Accutane cleared me up almost perfectly for a year, and the following year consisted of only using epiduo after, easily controllable acne along my jawline. About a month ago I randomly started seeing more intense breakouts with new pimples forming every day on my face and am starting using epiduo after see the same on my chest. My derm just prescribed me epiduo. Though after some research and listening to a gut feeling, I feel like I am wasting my time and money with epiduo and that I need something a little heavier, maybe even a second course of accutane.
