Having just gotten off suboxone, and not having too bad a time with rls or rwbs, without any of those medicines, I would like to reassure you that your slow taper, walking and meds will really help you. If there is a way to slow it down a bit more, that would really help. Methadone and suboxone are long acting opiate replacements therefore they hang around the brain longer and have longer withdrawal.
