This is also referred to as bruxism. The following solutions work unbelievably well. Having something safe to chew on is the most obvious temporary solution to stop grinding your teeth.

Teeth grinding and jaw clenching could be as a result of anxiety and tension which is commonly experienced by those with ADHD. I noticed that for about a month or so, I had soreness in my jaws and would grind my teeth.

Prime the spray with 1 test spray if it has not been used for longer than 14 days. Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
