I take Xanax every day. Xanax does not do that to me, but it's probably the safest one. For me Ativan works even better than sleeping pills. I've taken it a handful of times during my pregnancy and I personally feel comfortable with that- it's definitely a personal choice. I would be leery of taking a class D as well. I don't know what their category is, Xanax and Valium come to mind.
