My dr took me off adderall the first trimester, but kept my Wellbutrin going. First trimester is the toughest. Hang in i don t feel anything from adderall it will get better!! I got my normal energy back during the second trimester, for the most part. If you find that you want to try something else, you can try switching to Vyvanse, as that works better for some people who notice a decrease in effectiveness with Adderall. But everyone is different! You can also maybe try an increase in XR like me
