Yes, generic medications are chemically comparable. BUT in all the reading I have done as a chronic pain patient. The FDA does not test how much active ingredient is in that tablet.

Has anyone experienced something similar. Both of these medicines are narcotic opiates, the oxycodone is stronger than the hydrocodone as you.
