Anyone know what could be wrong with me or any tips on what I can do different?? You have to diet when you period weight gain it. I know it's not a magic pill, I am eating way less than before and better but just not losing weight. I know some people get an actual list of foods to eat from their doctor but all I was told was to eat my normal food just less of it. I am guessing that you may have been gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. It is often much easier to gain muscle than to phentermine and fat. Do not get discouraged. I was put on a medicine synthroid for a thyroid goiter that royally messed me period weight gain. I have been off this terrible thyroid stuff almost a month now. My energy has not came back. I used to love going to the gym, and prefer healthy food. I am up 6lbs since I started phentermine. I had taken the weight loss drug "Phentermine" for a year with a week break every 4 or 5 months. However, now that I have been off of it for 3 weeks I have gained 13 lbs. I have been very careful about watching my food intake and by all accounts feel that I should be losing weight.
