I take valium serepax and methadone and when i had a urine test one time i had gotten the generic brand of the serepax and it didnt show up on the test at all and my doctor asked me if i was selling them instead of taking them and then another time the valium didnt show up so the doc rang the lab after me swearing to him i was taking them anyway the lab said a persons metabolism has alot to do with how the urine reads it breaks down the ingredients and shows up something completely different or not at all.
