Discussion in ' Cat Health ' started by crazycatladyx8 , Nov 29, Nov 29, 1. I've called my vet and they were just there last week and came down with URI's literally 2 days later. Started off with coughing and now sneezing and runny noses. I cannot afford to bring them back. I have leftover zithromycin from my baby, enough to give them for 5 days each, and I called the vet and asked and she demanded I bring them in because of course she wants the money. THe cats are 6 and 7 lbs. I'm wondering how much zithromycin they can be given. Can someone please help me.
