I to was also on lexapro for depression and i have to say they were prob one of the things that made my life easier to manage i was on 20mg a day and firmily believe they put me on the road to recovery i had no side effects apart from a sickening feeling in my stomach for the two weeks it took for them does diazepam make you sick take effect and the same feeling when i was coming of them i was on them for 10mths and never had any problem[; ].

I find it anxiety amazing tablet, so much better than the prozac. Thanks for replies, its nice to know Im not alone!!! Girls does it matter when in the having anxiety you take it, someone said to take it going to bed, or does it matter? I start to feel a bit better now. I have a 5 month old and started to notice the same symptomes as after the birth of my first, 2,5 years ago. The side effects didnt last long for me on them at all maybe a week or 2, 20mg is highest dose so you tend to get stronger side effects i think. Does anyone know if i ask the doctor to up them to 15mg then having anxiety will it make a difference or will i have to try another drug. I was on Serokat spell about 2 years ago with a different female doc from the surgery too embarassed to ask my regular doc, stupid i know now and found them brilliant but my having lexapro anxiety still does not like them.

As i said earlier im on 10mg and found them great but starting to feel really anxiety having again, mine is depression i think going to go to docs next week and see if he will up my dose or change. My parents are a 40 min drive away and more in traffic. I feel so out "anxiety" control and am really scared about everything. When you start getting a bit of sleep you should feel a bit better but in the meantime I think it could do you no harm to talk to your doc.
