If our eyes are healthy, we're producing tears all the time and not noticing it very much, if at all. We need a thin layer of tears to lubricate, protect, and nourish the fronts of our eyes.

This does fall under side effects but, this one is especially troubling to me so I'm here asking around I'm on 10mg Lexapro, have been for 3 weeks now, and although I had been attributing some vision issues with just being plum tired, I read for the first time today that a side effect of Lexapro is blurred vision.
